Golf Fitness Program 

It All Starts With A Free Consultation. 

Before you make a commitment of time or money, we'll meet with you to discuss:


  • Your golf game.


  • Where you think your physical and mental strengths and weaknesses lie.


  • Your motivation for wanting to improve your game.


  • Your fitness and golf goals.


  • The amount of time you have to dedicate to a weekly training regimen. 


We'll give you an idea about what we can do to help you reach your goals, and we'll provide a realistic time frame for improvement based on the intensity with which you plan to train.  We'll also discuss pre-testing.





To build a plan that will help you reach your goals, we'll find out where you currently stand in terms of joint mobility and balance. The Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) screening and evaluation will take about an hour:


  • Hit distance testing.


  • Posture.


  • Core strength


  • Overall upper and lower body mobility.


  • The flexibility of your spine. 


  • The flexibility of your legs, pelvis, hips.


  • The flexibility of your shoulders and wrists.


  • Overall balance.


  • You'll understand how your physical strengths and limitation work for you or against you.


After pre-testing, Premier Golf Fitness will develop a fitness plan for you, based on your TPI screen and where you are in the in relation to the golf season. Every plan is specifically individualized and optimized to help you reach your personal fitness and game performance goals.

Instruction and Implementation

You'll return to our facility to go over your program, and Paul will demonstrate each exercise, check your form, and explain how to fill out the reporting information. We'll discuss any questions you have, and you can begin your fitness plan right away.

Personal Training

You'll return for personal training sessions, which will guide you fitness, nutrition and golf performance per your goals.

We'll continually review your progress and update your plan on an ongoing basis. Any time you have questions or concerns between reporting, we're available to you by phone, email or video chat.



Ongoing evaluation of your progression will be completed. Progression steps will be continually discussed for the next improvement level!
